Chopard introduces the Mille Miglia GTS Power Control Grigio-Blu – 2026 Racing Edition
Chopard continues its enduring love affair with classic motorsport with the introduction of the Mille Miglia GTS Power Control Grigio-Blu – 2026 Racing Edition – a striking new limited-edition timepiece created for those who appreciate precision engineering, contemporary design and the unmistakable spirit of Italian racing.
Limited to just 250 numbered pieces, this latest Mille Miglia creation brings together the Maison’s watchmaking expertise and almost four decades of partnership with the legendary Mille Miglia endurance rally. Since 1988, Chopard has been the race’s World Sponsor and Official Timekeeper, celebrating one of the most evocative events in motorsport history.
Housed in a robust 43 mm Lucent Steel™ case, the Mille Miglia GTS Power Control Grigio-Blu – 2026 Racing Edition has been designed as a true driver’s instrument. Its screw-down crown, engraved with a steering wheel motif, reinforces its automotive character, while water resistance to 100 metres ensures confidence and reliability in everyday wear.
The watch’s distinctive Grigio-Blu dial draws inspiration from racing-car dashboards and the asphalt of the open road. Its grained blue-grey finish gives the piece a purposeful, modern appeal, while broad typography, facetted hands and applied hour markers coated with black Super-LumiNova® ensure excellent legibility by day and night. A power-reserve indicator, designed in the style of a fuel gauge, adds a further nod to the world of performance motoring.
At the heart of the timepiece beats the Chopard calibre 01.08-C, an in-house mechanical self-winding movement. Chronometer-certified by the COSC, it offers high-precision timekeeping, a frequency of 4Hz, a comfortable 60-hour power reserve and a stop-seconds function for accurate time-setting.
The watch is completed by a technical black textile strap, reinforced with a rubber lining for comfort and durability. A subtle tyre-tread motif on the inner lining discreetly references the racing heritage that defines the Mille Miglia collection.
